## Job Overview
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost and financial management of construction projects.
## Duties
– Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
– Conduct risk analysis evaluations
– Manage project finances, including tracking costs and value engineering
– Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers on cost-related matters
– Monitor project progress to ensure financial targets are met
## Qualifications
– Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
– Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
– Strong analytical and numerical skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
– Proficient in cost control techniques

Pay: £49,398.00-£53,000.00 per year
