Community Living Assistant – North Lanarkshire Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship available now!

Capability Scotland is a registered charity with a 77 year history of delivering high quality support services tailored to the individual needs of disabled people across Scotland. With services across Perth, Edinburgh, Lanarkshire, Glasgow, and Fife, we are now actively looking to recruit for a range of roles within our services.
These positions in Motherwell, Wishaw, Bellshill and Shotts (ML1, ML2, ML4, ML7) offer 37 contracted hours per week working a mix of day shifts and back shifts, with the possibility of additional hours and sleepovers. You will be assisting the people we support, who have complex support needs, with either one-to-one or two-to-one care; in their own homes and the local community. Your day will include helping them with their personal care, dressing, medication, communication, mealtimes, and participating in their chosen activities for that day. You will assist with their daily living routines, care needs and facilitating their attendance at college, appointments, recreational activities and social events.

Please note we are only able to consider applicants who meet the minimum requirements below:
- Demonstrable experience of working in care in the UK
- References reflecting your recent care experience
- A strong standard of English, both written and verbally

- That you meet the government requirements for a skilled worker visa – https://www.gov.uk/health-care-worker-visa
Please note that candidates must meet the current UK visa requirements, and you will be responsible for the costs associated with your application.

- A generous salary of £24,524 FTE / £12.06 per hour (or £12.35 per hour, dependent on qualifications)
