SPONSORSHIP TRANSFERS – MUST BE RESIDING IN THE UK ALREADY – WILLING TO SPONSOR FOR UP 3 YEARS – MUST BE FULLY FLEXIBLE – 5 DAYS A WEEK, THIS INCLUDES WORKING EVERY WEEKEND – GUARENTEED 37.5HR CONTRACT – MUST HAVE UK DRIVING LICENCE & ACSESS TO OWN VEHICLE.

THC Care Limited is located in the heart of Tipton, providing personal care and support to the people of Tipton, Wednesbury, West Bromwich, Rowely, Yew Tree Walsall, Great Barr., Coseley, Sedgley, Netherton, Russells Hall, Kates Hill and Gornal , Halesowen,Kingswinford.

COMMUNITY CARE WORKER

THC care is a domiciliary care Agency looking for carers to come and join our experienced community care work team. The ideal candidate will have excellent time keeping skills and should be able to speak English fluently. Our care workers show pride in what they do, all our care staff are dedicated to providing high standards of care and support to all our service users who remain in their own homes.

We are looking for either existing double up teams to come and work together or care care workers who are happy to work as part of a double up team, this will ensure that there is no loan working and provide safety for our new recruits.

Previous care experience is not essential as full training will be provided. THC care believe that care workers are the backbone of what we do, our care workers are the face of the business, so come and join a care company who truly values its staff. In order to take on a role as a community care worker, you will need to ideally have a full clean driving license and access to a vehicle, A smart phone and you will also be required to pass a full Enhanced DBS Check.

Job responsibilities include

  • Providing a high standard of personal care and performing light domestic duties.
  • Provide companionship and build relationships.
  • Working as part of a double up team
  • Ensure all care is delivered to our service users at the correct times and for the duration. specified.
  • Record accurate and detailed records of medication and care.
  • Communicate effectively with management and follow all company policies and procedures.

The standard shifts are: 6am till 3pm 6am till 6pm 3pm till 11pm 11am till 11pm

  • Paid travel time between visits and from your home address to your first visit
