## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in operating computer numerical control (CNC) machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience working with mills, logic controllers, and various hand tools to produce high-quality components.

## Responsibilities
– Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, or cutting
– Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
– Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
– Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
– Maintain equipment by performing regular checks and cleaning
– Collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing goals

## Qualifications
– Proficiency in using CNC machinery, tooling, and materials handling equipment
– Knowledge of CAD software for programming machine operations
– Ability to assemble and fabricate components accurately
– Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as needed
– Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous
