We are seeking a skilled Chinese Cuisine Chef to join our team and bring authentic Chinese flavors to our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing traditional Chinese dishes and meet the following qualifications:

Key Requirements:

• Certified Chinese Chef with at least a Middle-Level Certificate in Chinese culinary arts or higher.
• Possess a valid Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety (Catering) Certificate issued in the UK.
• Previous experience working in high-end hotels or prestigious restaurants in China.
• A passion for authentic Chinese cuisine and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present authentic Chinese dishes with high-quality ingredients.
• Develop and innovate menu items to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
