Job Description:
As a Chef at Superfoods En Ltd, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of pizza dishes to the highest standards. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our offerings while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our customers. This role requires creativity, culinary expertise, and a deep understanding of the latest food trends, particularly in the pizza industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook pizzas to meet customer orders, ensuring quality and presentation align with company standards.

· Assist in developing and refining pizza recipes, including sourcing and selecting fresh, high-quality ingredients.

· Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety standards.

· Oversee the management of stock levels, ordering ingredients as necessary, and minimizing waste.

· Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

· Occasionally interact with customers to gather feedback and make adjustments to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven experience as a Chef, preferably with a focus on pizza or Italian cuisine.

· Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food standards.

· Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

· Creativity and passion for developing new pizza recipes and menu items.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Working Conditions:

· Full-time position based at our Pizza outlet in Southend-on-Sea.

· Shift-based work, including evenings and weekends, as required.
