Job Title: Chef

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of culinary dishes are served. As a Chef, you will lead a team of kitchen staff, manage food preparation, and uphold sanitation standards.

– Supervise kitchen staff in food production and ensure consistent quality
– Manage all aspects of food preparation, including portion control and presentation
– Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
– Collaborate with management to create new menu items and specials
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques

– Strong background in hospitality and restaurant industry
– Proficient in various cooking techniques with a focus on culinary excellence
– Team management skills to lead and motivate kitchen staff
– Exceptional leadership abilities to guide the team towards success
– Extensive knowledge of food preparation methods and best practices
– Culinary creativity to innovate new dishes and menus

– Proven experience as a Chef or similar role
– Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred
– Certification in food safety and sanitation practices
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £12.47-£13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
