Catering Manager: Visa sponsorship


Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations at our prestigious establishment. The ideal candidate will have a background in Restaurant or Hotel management, possess culinary expertise, and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.

– Plan and coordinate catering events, ensuring high-quality service delivery
– Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and helpers, to maintain food quality standards
– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
– Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
– Collaborate with clients to create custom menus that meet their requirements
– Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to guarantee smooth operations

– Previous experience in Restaurant or Hotel management is essential
– Strong culinary background with knowledge of food preparation techniques
– Proficient in team management, able to provide guidance and support to staff
– Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
– Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the team towards achieving goals

Pay: £39,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
