About the Role

As a Care & Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily tasks.
• Medication Support: Ensure clients take their prescribed medications.
• Household Assistance: Help with cooking, cleaning, and laundry to maintain a safe and welcoming home environment.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support and foster meaningful relationships.

What We’re Looking For

No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for caring, empathetic individuals who:

• Have a genuine passion for helping others.
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude to their work.
• Are great at building connections and understanding individual needs.
• Live within 10 miles of Nantwich/Crewe.
• Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
