Your role will involve:
- Ensuring the delivery of care services to a consistently high standard.
- Providing assistance in maintaining the physical environment of the service users and supporting their day-to-day activities within their own home.
- In the absence of the Home Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing care shifts and ensuring the wellbeing of both staff and service
Duties Include:
- The successful candidate will coordinate the delivery of a safe and well-planned domiciliary care service that is service user focused
- Responsible for carrying out initial assessments, doing reviews and spot checks
- Creating service user care plans, perform assessments and reviews
- Planning staff Rota’s using the bespoke system
- Participate in the branch on call Rota
- Supporting the new and existing care staff team and coordinating the key carers in your designated areas
- Carry out staff supervision and appraisals
- Ensuring that all operations are Company and CQC Compliant
Requirements:
- Good organisational and communication skills to ensure an excellent service
- A minimum of 1 year Care Coordinator experience in domiciliary care
- NVQ Level 3
- Experience doing rota’s and care plans
- Full drivers license and access to vehicle is essential
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment to deadlines
Schedule:
- Full time, 40 hours per week, 9am – 5pm
- On call on a rota basis Including Weekends

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
