Full job description

We are a provider of complex care is looking to employ Care Workers to support our clients. You will have at least 6 to 12 months UK based care experience and be willing to work with adults and children with complex care needs. This job comes with visa sponsorship if required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist service users with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in service users’ conditions.
  • Drive to various locations as needed to provide home care services.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while providing compassionate support.

Skills and experience

Punctual, reliable with a genuine interest in caring for clients with complex care needs;

Able to support with Personal Care; Feeding; Continence Care; Play Therapy;

An ability to communicate with clients with varying degrees of communication needs.

Relevant training including Care Certificate. You will also receive comprehensive training that will prepare you to manage the client’s needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £23,400.00 per year
