Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes and workflows, documenting the current state and identifying areas for improvement. Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
  • Solution Development: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure that solutions are scalable, sustainable, and align with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project status.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop test plans, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements. Identify and resolve any issues or defects.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to gather insights and support decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Certifications: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £38,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
