Job Overview
We are seeking 3 dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Managers for our client. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operational tasks and staff management.
• Supervise and train team members in service standards, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
• Help manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Support the development of staff through ongoing training and performance evaluations.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience.

UK Candidates must have 2 years experience at similar position and a right to work in the UK.

Overseas candidates must be under age 26 and have 2 years experience at similar position. UKVI IELTS or ECCTIS certificate is mandatory.
