Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Stock control
- Compliance with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Requirements
- Proven restaurant work experience essential
- Indian Food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Basic financial management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
