Job Summary:
Join our team at YORI, a modern Korean restaurant, as an Area Manager. We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee and manage multiple restaurant locations. As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead a team of restaurant managers and staff across multiple locations
– Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team performance
– Collaborate with the management team to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
– Manage inventory levels, ordering, and supply chain logistics for all locations
– Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
– Proven experience in supervising teams and demonstrating strong leadership skills
– Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £41,467.00-£44,997.00 per year
