SKILLTIK LTD is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training & Sales Supervisor to join our growing team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional looking to advance their career with a reputable company offering Tier 2 visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the training and development of sales staff
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training programs
• Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure KPIs are met
• Conduct regular training sessions and one-on-one coaching
• Coordinate with senior management on sales forecasting and reporting
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and training, preferably in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Eligible to apply for a Tier 2 Skilled Worker Visa (sponsorship will be provided)
