Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Coordinator. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. This is a full-time position based in our office.

Duties:
– Coordinate production schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of products
– Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and resources for production
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of materials
– Track and report on production progress, identifying any potential issues or delays
– Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies
– Maintain accurate documentation and records related to production activities
– Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards
– Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any production-related issues

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a relevant field is a plus
– Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
– Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
