- Contributing to affordable housing projects, regeneration schemes, and portfolio disposals.
- Preparing valuation reports and engaging with clients under supervision.
- Working across departments to gain exposure to development land, commercial, and residential portfolios.
What We’re Looking For:
- A RICS-accredited degree (or currently working towards it).
- Strong numerical, analytical, and written skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A genuine interest in social housing, valuations, and property consultancy.
- Ambition to become MRICS qualified with a desire to grow within the firm.
What We Offer:
- Full APC support and mentoring from experienced surveyors.
- Exposure to live projects and direct client interaction from day one.
- Individual performance bonuses – your hard work and results won’t go unnoticed.
- A flexible, collaborative work environment that values independence and personal growth.
