About
Civil Engineer Opportunity in Nuclear Industry
Seeking talented engineers to work on major projects and take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a dedicated team in the Civil group, providing technical expertise across multiple design teams for the Sizewell C New Building Project.
- Work within a multi-disciplinary environment with high expectations on delivery time, schedule, safety, and nuclear safety.
Key Activities:
- Receive, analyse, and verify input data consistency.
- Modify reinforced concrete structure designs compliant with ETC-C and other relevant codes.
- Maintain client QA procedures for delivering CW design.
- Work with designers to prepare modified design drawings/models.
- Manage engineering changes in line with company procedures.
- Liaise with subject matter experts.
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering background.
- Good experience with reinforced concrete structures.
Software and Tools:
- Naviswork.
- 3D CAD.
- Eurocodes.
