We are currently recruiting Construction Managers who are looking for a challenging role in civils project management within our London rail and civils division. The roleYou will play an active role in supporting our delivery teams and manage a busy Rail and utilities warehouse and yard. You will have the freedom to improve existing working methods, by finding efficiencies in processes and applying new techniques. What you’ll be doingYou will take ownership of all aspects of our stores and storage yard, from arranging collections of plant and materials, to loading flatbeds and trailers to send to site. You will apply and develop your construction expertise and creativity to shape our projects. Through your attention to detail and pro-active site management you will be an integral part of the project delivery team. - Be able to engage effectively with people at all levels.
- Be able to manage oneself both in time and activities
- Be from a trade background but able to adapt and take on new skills and approaches
- Be able to use desktop PC systems, knowledege or word, Excel and MS Project
- Understand basic product, safety, health and environmental law
