We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring a high standard of store presentation. This role requires excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to manage a diverse team effectively. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
  • Implement sales strategies to enhance profitability while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to develop team members’ skills in sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Supervise staff performance, providing feedback and support to foster a positive working environment.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members, ensuring everyone is informed about store policies and promotions.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure the store is well-organised, clean, and visually appealing to customers at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong sales management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in team management, demonstrating the ability to lead by example and inspire others.
  • Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for communicating with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in reporting and compliance matters.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with customers and staff alike.

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £22,880.00-£25,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
