- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Implement sales strategies to enhance profitability while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions to develop team members’ skills in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Supervise staff performance, providing feedback and support to foster a positive working environment.
- Maintain effective communication with team members, ensuring everyone is informed about store policies and promotions.
- Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure the store is well-organised, clean, and visually appealing to customers at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong sales management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in team management, demonstrating the ability to lead by example and inspire others.
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for communicating with a diverse customer base.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in reporting and compliance matters.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with customers and staff alike.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £22,880.00-£25,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
