Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Senior Caregiver to provide essential care and support to individuals in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for elderly residents through personalised care and assistance.

Duties
– Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to residents’ needs

– Do medication rounds and ensure adherence
– Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
– Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
– Maintain accurate records and reports
– Demonstrate leadership qualities in guiding junior caregivers

Requirements
– Previous experience in senior care or a similar role
– Proficiency in using IT systems for record-keeping purposes
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Willingness to work in a care home environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
