A fantastic role for a Restaurant Manager at a reputed establishment in the heart of Twickenham.
Key responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train and motivate a team of dedicated staff members.
Maintain high standards of Quality, Guest service, Cleanliness & upkeep, Food Safety, Fire Safety and Heath & Safety.

Develop and implement Marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones. Adopt a dynamic approach to Revenue Management. Prepare and manage Budgets ensuring Financial targets are met. Manage Inventory, Ordering and Supplier relationships. Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Manage Duty rosters, time-sheets, paid holidays and employee records.

Requirements:
Proven experience (Minimum 2 years) as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining establishment.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong organisational skills, an ability to multi-task, attention to detail , excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key requirements.
A proactive approach with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

A minimum of level 2 Certificate in Food Hygiene and a Personal licence holder. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
