Renal Clinic Manager – Monday to Friday, Days Only

£43,539 – £48,880 + 20% Bonus

Full Time Permanent – Days Only (No Sundays)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse to join a multinational healthcare organisation; leading a small team in their Nottingham dialysis day ward!

The site specialises in providing renal care to patients with chronic kidney disease, providing empathetic and professional care and enabling patients to live a more fulfilling life. With the first dialysis clinic founded in Sweden, they now 31 kidney treatment centres in the UK, with a total of 450 clinics in 24 countries.   • Hospital ward or outpatient experience
  • Charge nurse or managerial experience
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Experienced with audits and preparing for CQC inspections
  • Understanding of clinical governance
  • An interest in renal nursing

Responsibilities (you will receive full management training):

  • Oversee full operational and clinical management of clinic(s) to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, preparing clinics for audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives at clinic and management levels.
  • Manage finances effectively, including budget planning and cost control measures.
  • Supervise, train, and support staff, nurturing a culture of continuous professional development.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referring Client Organizations, facilitating effective communication with all stakeholders.
