The Opportunity:

Salary: £30,000 per annum (based on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week (full-time)

We are looking for a Locality Manager who shares our commitment to these values and is eager to make a lasting impact in our community. As a Locality Manager, youwill oversee the delivery of services in a specific area, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our community. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Team Leaders and Support Workers, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee and manage the delivery of services within a specific area, ensuring they meet the needs of the community.
• Provide direction and support to teams within your locality, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality care and support.
• Collaborate with the Head of Service to implement service improvements and innovations that enhance the client experience.
• Build strong connections within the local community, promoting our services and advocating for inclusivity.
• Monitor and evaluate service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and continuous improvement.

About You:

• You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in supporting adults or children with autism, mental health challenges, learning disabilities, or behaviours that challenge.
• You are a natural leader with excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
• You are compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those you support.
• You are able to commute to Harrow and are committed to being an active and engaged member of our team.
