Our Client who is a reputed hotel located in one of Scotland’s most picturesque and popular tourist destinations. They pride themselves on offering their guests a diverse and delectable menu, and are now looking for a skilled Curry/Tandoor Chef to join their dynamic team.

**Responsibilities:**

– Prepare and cook a variety of authentic curry and tandoor dishes to the highest standards.

– Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes meet our established standards

– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

– Work closely with the Head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience as a Curry/Tandoor Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.

– Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary curry and tandoor cooking techniques.

– Creativity and a passion for experimenting with flavours and ingredients.

– Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

– A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
