## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in home care settings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a healthcare environment.
## Duties
– Assist in the delivery of high-quality care to patients under the supervision of healthcare professionals
– Support patients with daily activities and personal care needs
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and assist in the development of care plans
– Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
– Utilize IT systems for record-keeping and information sharing
## Requirements
– Experience or interest in home care environments
– Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
– Ability to drive is desirable but not essential
– Willingness to learn and adapt to different care settings
– Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans
