Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a bustling restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and team leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes to our patrons.

Responsibilities
– Showcase your wonderful pizza and pasta making skills

– Preparing for the busy sales period by getting ready the ingredients

– Oversee all kitchen operations, including food production, preparation, and presentation
– Develop and create innovative menu items whilst maintaining consistency in quality
– Manage and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
– Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
– Collaborate with restaurant management to plan and execute special events or promotions

Qualifications
– Extensive experience working in a professional kitchen environment especially in pizza and pasta making
– Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food preparation
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
– In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavours
– Excellent organisational skills to manage kitchen workflow efficiently

– Having worked in a franchised atmosphere will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £38,700.00 per year
