We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

The handyman will be responsible for painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, etc. The ideal candidate will be experienced with the tools of the trade and be a highly motivated self-starter.

Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
Proficient in using hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and interpersonal skills
