Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Furniture Maker to join our team. The Furniture Maker will be responsible for crafting and assembling various types of furniture using a range of tools and materials.

Responsibilities

• Assemble furniture pieces according to specifications
• Utilize power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing furniture components
• Perform heavy lifting when moving furniture pieces
• Employ joinery techniques to construct sturdy and durable furniture
• Fabricate custom furniture pieces based on design requirements
• Execute masonry, electrical, and painting tasks as needed
• Work with hand tools to refine and detail furniture items
• Roof furniture pieces as part of the finishing process

Qualifications

• Proven experience in furniture making or a related field
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for woodworking
• Ability to lift heavy objects during the furniture-making process
• Knowledge of joinery techniques for constructing furniture frames
• Familiarity with masonry, electrical work, and painting for furniture projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £41,000.00 per year
