## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Machine Technician to join our team. The Machine Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery in our manufacturing facility.

Knowledge of operating Bowl Cutters, Z Arm Mixers and Packaging lines is essential

## Duties

– Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical components of machines

– Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and electrical systems

– Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems

– Provide excellent customer service by ensuring machines are running efficiently

## Skills

– Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair machinery

– Ability to maintain logic controllers and electrical systems

– Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and supervisors

– Skilful in welding and fabrication techniques

– Customer service-oriented approach to address machine-related concerns

– Experience supervising machine operators is advantageous
