Field Sales Representative Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Field Sales Representative to join our Sales team. You will be joining a global organisation, going through a major transformation and focusing on growth. We already have industry leading customers but are ready to invest in our sales team to attack the market. That is where you come in! We are looking for a hungry and ambitious individual who can learn fast, think on their feet and help refine our strategy and culture. Once you have made your mark, you should be aspiring to move on up through the ranks and progress.

You’ll be responsible for supporting a high performing, highly productive and positive culture for acquiring new customers by generating qualified leads and appointments in line with business objectives. You will be representing ARK FACILITY which put customer experience first with accurate, timely, personalised and low-cost mail and communications solutions. With the overall goal to generate revenue by qualifying leads.

* Having effective conversations with new prospects and existing customers and generating appointments.

* Conducting outbound prospecting via phone, email and social media to generate new business for the company. (Emails sent – daily target – cold callings 75 calls / 20 email prospects/deal pipeline valuate own + team deals collectively / arrange 2 meetings per day schedule in the calendar for yourselves to potential leads)

*Prioritising the generation of appointments, in line with monthly, quarterly and annual quota expectations. (Weekly – 10 lead visits per week / 10 door to door knocking / – schedule maybe in 2 days or 3 days in London- as you can afford to manage and hit this target.)

* Monthly minimum injection of sale £4000 for basic.

* Anything above £4000 monthly Injection is commissioned at 2.5 % annual turnover paid over monthly.

* You’ll ideally have at least 3 months of experience working in a similar role, but we are willing to forego this for someone with the right attitude and passion to deliver.

Excellent communication

Effectively work with others both internal and external and ability to work independently

Demonstrated the ability to work on increasingly more complex assignments.

Demonstrated the ability to be a team player.

Must be willing to travel extensively (75%)

Demonstrated ability to adapt change, creating & leading tactics matching market needs.

Experience in delivering basic product trainings to dealer sales team on ground.

Experience in direct sales and/or business development would be a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
