We are looking to hire an experienced, fully hands-on, operationally focused Store Manager and Two Assistant Store Managers to join our Domino’s Pizza stores in Bathgate and Heartlands.

Store Manager requirements….. Minimum of 3 years proven track record of managing a previous Domino’s Pizza store.

Assistant Store Manager. Minimum 1-year experience of working at a Domino’s pizza store,

We are looking for leaders who can inspire and coach a team to success.

You will need to be passionate about people and thrive on developing teams and driving operational greatness through working alongside your team.

Our main goal is to make and serve great quality pizzas at speed, whilst looking after our dedicated customers and leading a large team efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Managing all aspects of food hygiene and store cleanliness

Controlling costs on a day-to-day basis to improve profitability

Motivating your team to promote efficiency throughout the store to achieve our company’s high standards

Maintaining a strong brand image and service standards including uniform/presentation standards and our philosophy on customer service

Always maintaining and developing the best practices.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Store Managers Salary: £32,000- £34,000 per year

Assistant Store Managers salary £30,000- £31,500 per year
