We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Specialist

As a leading provider of Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Services with over 25 years of industry experience, we operate one of the UK’s largest repair workshops, representing a £3m investment. With continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist to strengthen our team.

Role Overview: In this key position, you’ll enhance customer confidence and drive revenue growth by actively engaging with existing clients. Using telephone-based outreach and supported by marketing efforts, you’ll cultivate relationships that reflect our commitment to high standards and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

· Drive sales growth across our service portfolio from existing clients

· Execute marketing initiatives as directed by the General Manager

· Prepare and distribute marketing materials to engage with clients

· Identify and develop customer needs, scheduling appointments where necessary

· Track and enhance revenue from existing accounts, maximising customer retention

· Provide exceptional customer service, using CRM tools to document interactions

· Produce regular activity reports to demonstrate engagement and results

Ideal Candidate:

· Prior experience in a customer support role

· Strong communicator, someone who enjoys speaking to customers and building relationships

· Engineering knowledge advantageous but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
