*Overview*

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team and oversee our customer service department. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

*Duties*

· responsible for providing outstanding customer service by leading and motivating team and developing loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction

· Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth

· resource planning, real-time responsiveness, and proactive/reactive operational planning

· Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

· Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission

· Develop service procedures, policies and standards

· Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

· Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports

· Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement

· Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

· Adhere to and manage the approved budget

· Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

*Experience*

· Proven experience in customer service management or a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

· Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

· Ability to analyze data and draw insights to enhance customer experience.

· Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

· Prior experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £38,700.00 per year
