Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our customer service department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in English and Spanish, and possess excellent leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
– Manage a team of customer service representatives
– Ensure high-quality customer service delivery
– Analyse customer service data to improve processes
– Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
– Monitor team performance and provide feedback
– Develop and implement training programs for staff
– Multilingual proficiency to assist customers in English and Spanish
Qualifications
– Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
– Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
– Ability to analyse data and identify areas for improvement
– Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
