Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading our customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Duties
– Manage and supervise the customer service team
– Analyse customer service data to improve processes and resolve issues
– Communicate with customers to address inquiries and complaints
– Provide leadership and guidance to the team
– Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus

Qualifications
– Proven experience in a customer service management role
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
– Multilingual abilities are advantageous
– Exceptional leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,700.00-£40,000.00 per year
