With particular expertise in London residential property our sales and marketing team is highly regarded in the industry. We work with some of the UK’s largest residential developers as well as some of the UK’s most prestigious businesses offering investment advise and wealth management services.

We are looking to recruit a sales director who can speak and write fluent Chinese and/or Cantonese to give advice, liaison and manage our Mainland Chinese clients.

You should have the confidence to liaise and build relationships with clients and cold leads, and be able to manage the full sales cycle, consistently deliver against tough objectives and timescales.

The ability to problem solve and work well both independently and as a part of a team is essential. Able to travel to Hong Kong/China 2 or 3 times per year essential.

You will need to:

• have prior sales experience
• be highly organised with attention to detail.
• be confident on your feet in both English and Mandarin,
• be highly persuasive and knowledgeable about your subject matter.
