Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Carer/Driver to provide essential care for individuals in need. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the well-being, independence, and quality of life for our clients. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a deep commitment to providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, encouraging social interaction and engagement.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Document client progress and report any changes in health or behaviour to the appropriate parties.
- Support clients with mobility assistance, including transferring them safely from one location to another.
Skills
- Clean driving record and experience with safe, compassionate transport.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.
- A compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Capable of engaging clients in meaningful conversations and coordinating with family members and healthcare professionals.
- Able to understand and respond to clients’ needs with empathy and patience.
- Proven experience in caregiving or a related role is preferred.
UK driving license required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 39 per week
