Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing fundraising activities, cultivating donor relationships, and implementing strategies to support the organisation’s growth.

Duties
– Develop and implement fundraising plans to achieve financial goals
– Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors
– Identify new funding opportunities and grant prospects
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create fundraising campaigns
– Manage donor databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
– Monitor and report on fundraising progress to senior management

Experience
– Proven experience in fundraising and donor relations
– Familiarity with Salesforce software is essential
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organisational abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: £52,946.81-£58,734.33 per year
