Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in the hospitality sector. Duties

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
  • Help with food production and preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock for food production.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the culinary offerings.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
  • Proven skills in team management and supervising staff are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is required.
  • A background in culinary arts or food production will be advantageous.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with staff and customers.
