- Helping to develop new and maintain existing client-facing applications
- Working with non-technical users to understand requirements and business aims and identifying problems and providing solutions in a timely manner
- Keeping up to date with the developments and changes in the field of software development, as well as the tools and techniques used
What skills, experience and qualities are we looking for?
- Proficient in C# programming
- Experience in using Visual Studio and Microsoft (.NET) technical stack
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical matters in non-technical language
- Clear and logical thinking, along with the ability to provide concrete examples of work
Desired skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of Azure DevOps
- Experience working with databases, particularly Azure CosmosDB
- Front end web languages, particularly knowledge of Vue JS and TypeScript
- Enthusiasm for providing an excellent user experience and learning new skills on the job
- Educated to degree level with either a numerical or computer-based degree, however, other backgrounds will also be considered
